Biologist – Dental Surgeon

Myrsini Vasila, originally from the island of Lesvos, was born and raised in Athens, where she completed her primary and secondary education.

In 2008, she was admitted through the national university entrance examinations to the Department of Biology at the University of Crete, graduating in 2013. She subsequently pursued her dental studies at the Medical University of Sofia, from which she graduated with Honors in 2019.

For more than five years, she has been exclusively dedicated to providing dental care to infants, children, adolescents, and individuals with disabilities or special healthcare needs, working in specialized pediatric dental practices throughout the Attica region and at the same time maintaining her own private practice. Her daily interaction with young patients has strengthened her belief that a positive first dental experience lays the foundation for lifelong oral health and a healthy relationship with dental care.

For the past two years, she has also been actively involved in volunteer work with the non-profit organization “To Hamogelo tou Paidiou”, providing dental care to children in need of support and access to healthcare services.

She places particular emphasis on prevention, individualized care, and creating an environment in which every child feels safe, comfortable, and confident. At the same time, she is committed to continuous professional development, regularly attending conferences, seminars, and educational programs in Greece and abroad, focusing on contemporary dentistry and pediatric oral healthcare.

Myrsini joined the DentalSmiles team in 2026, providing dental services in both Athens and Mykonos.

She is a member of the Attica Dental Association.
