Surgical Tooth Extraction

In cases where the tooth to be extracted is occluded or semi-occluded (mainly for wisdom teeth) the extraction procedure is a bit more demanding. First, the gums must be pushed back so that the dentist can locate the tooth and then remove it. This is followed by suturing the area.

It is painless for the patient, and with the instructions and medication administered by the dentist, post-operative pain is minimal.
